DJ SNUGGLES' MIXTAPE CORNER
I get a lot of mixtapes. That is a fact, and you can ask anyone around that if anyone gets tapes, it's me. This being the case, I felt it appropriate to give some of these tapes the exposure they deserve. So this issue, I'm going to spotlight the three best tapes I've received so far this month. Keep in mind that 95% of the tapes I get are complete crap, so these truly are the cream of the crop.
DJ 3D - Fear the Rush (Double Helix)
I'm not just giving this a good review because he's my pal. This tape can stand with any that I've heard. This is in the tough and nasty vein, so be prepared for a very dark journey. Double Helix is a new drum & bass mixtape company out of San Francisco, and if this is any indication, they have a nice future.
Tunes & Mixing: 10/10.
