You guys are gonna love this live Goldie mix I'm putting up. It's not really a mix. IT's live tunes from TImeless and the Saturn albums. Live vocals too.
1992 on December 11 2007 22:55
I remember the room was shut down just as Mastervibe started playing which is when I went running back when Dougle was sucking w/ lame stompy HHC in the main area.
1992 on December 11 2007 22:53
That jungle room was cool. There were 4 Clay Paky Silverados strapped to the wooden beams and two dataflash strobes. The Silvers were running on a Eurolight DMX rackmount board.
1992 on December 11 2007 22:52
Nice that the Dara Bassrush 3 event mix is here. I was at that! And I HATED the Fire Dept closing the jungle room down!!!!!

I can only imagine what the excitement level was in the Golden Era, when everyone was pushing the limits of those samples. So much great music was born then!

Just picked up an MPC5000 and sampled the Amen break directly from the 45. Been using those drums for years, but wow what an experience anyway!
