A little past the "era" (1999). Freaky Flow's definitive set by far. Couldn't hurt for Flipside to be removed from any vinyl. Other than that, this set's a classic banger.

I didn't hear this for the 1st time until 03. I had to wait the entire day for my friend to get off work so we could drive 5 hours to Detroit for DEMF. I didn't like anything I heard that day cuz I'm so impatient and I was ready to fucking leave! So yeah I sat in his apartment takin bong hitz until he came home and went through all of his CDs and this was in there. Good tunes! smiley

I love that Nelly Furtado remix on the World Domination. I bought that, Goldie.co.uk and DJ Craze-Untied Djs at the same time. I was working at this factory andI met this cat who would pick me @ 4:20 evey moring and we'd cruze around until we had to clock in @ 6. He had a bangin system and only listened to hip-hop. We got paid and stopped off to do some Chritmas shopping and I surprised my self w/ these 3 selections. Once That Nelly Furtado remix dropped he was hooked. And he would not let that DJ Craze CD out of sight.

A local cat, Swing Kidd, used to drop that Let Me Know record all the time. Aaliyah should be used a lot more on dnb records. smiley

Yeah, I don't like certain songs remixed like the I WIll Always Love You. I get this picture of her bustin out the wall of her bathroom so she could see the "people". But on the other hand-I heard a Britney Spears remix of Toxic that was pretty fuckin tight. I had just the song on a mix my boy gave me , it was mixed in a set by someone from Junglist Platoon (MC was blabbin) if someone maybe has it floatin around. I never thought I could enjoy a tune like that. What bugs me most is the tunes that you can totally hear that the vocals slopped over a jungle beat. And there's a lot of those. I'd have to say my favorite tune that has a sample like that has got to Blu Mar Ten vs Eryka Badu-You Got Me. I've heard 2 totally different dnb tunes w/ this vocal clip. This is the smooth one-I heard Casper drop this @ Windy City All-stars in Detroit in '03' and I about lost it. smiley
