After almost 1 year and several emails to Mark Ryder and Strictly Underground, I didn't get any email back.
After reading this on Mark Ryders myspace:
"If you make mix tapes/cd using other peoples music and you give small amounts away FREE I SUPPORT YOU!
small amounts no harm done your just a PROMOTER!!! of your abilitys
BUT if you 'SELL those mix tapes' you are STEALING that music and just reselling it to other people for your own gain....
that make you a THIEF! Please remember you Never own the music so your just ripping off all the producers like me that work so hard to create the songs. dont think that being a dj means you own the music"
I guess it won't do harm if I post again my Strictly Underground appreciation mix. I only want to promote the stuff being released on this amazing label from back in the days because I think several of the best jungle tracks ever made were released on this label and most of the 12" are very hard to find. Also you won't notice that much strictly underground tracks in other mixes from back in the days so I wanted to put this one together especially for those of you who don't know the tunes or the label.

RE: [MIX] HAVOC - Strictly Underground Records appreciation mix
yes yes this mix is big
pitty that rough edge tune didnt get a normal SU release would love to hear a few different versions of that tune
Big mix havoc really funny how much interest this label gets now and u can hardly find any mix from 94-95 big shot dj's that play a strictly underground tune (thats another discussion i guess)
Beeaaaats !!
