In 2008 Chicagoans mourned the loss of Brian Blackeye, the city's first and primary hardcore-jungle MC. To initiate the preservation of his memory in 2009 and beyond, we present the final recording of the full C.H.A. lineup: JJ Jellybean, DJ Snuggles, and MC Blackeye. These previously unreleased tapes were submitted by Dubshack and are exclusive to GoldenEraJungle.com
Science Productions: We're Old School 3. Trick Of Technology
That's right we're back again. This is the first installment of our bi-monthly series of parties, and it is not to be missed. Anyone who came out to the last couple knows that we are all about the good vibes, good times, and hot booty!!! This one promises to be more of the same mature crowd, and positive atmosphere, with the people brocking out to the sounds of days gone by. We're opening up the floor to some top notch talent. So get ready, and put on your dancing shoes.
Set Times
Ghaleon b2b Basketballjones 10 - 11:30
Be prepard for a nice tightly mixed set of classics, and some tunes that have not seen the light of day on a loud system in many many years.
Momentum 11:30 - 12:20
Some people may remeber him and some people have never forgotten. Momentum has been on a long break but is now ready to break beats with some of the deepest darkest crates you've ever seen. This is not to be missed.
Chili Banks 12:20 - 1:20
Expect to get down and dirty as one of Toronto's up coming Producer/D.J.'s rips a set of Old School Amens V.S. New School Amens. Trust me it's gonna get dark! Definitly a little Dubplate business thrown in there, along with rocking of the mixer, and choppy cuts garunteed.
D-Syfa 1:20 - Close
What can be said about D-Syfa. The man has taken the Toronto scene by storm over the last bunch of years as a promoter and has definitly earned the right to be called one of Toronto's finest D.J.'s He has promised a rough selection of Ragga tunes to take us through the last set of the night, 'til we all get kicked out on our drunk asses. The more we dance the later we get to stay, so be prepared. D Syfa's set is not to be missed!
