this place is so fucked up that it's making my head spin. all rules of reason, logic, and business practice fail to apply to this repulsive store. i feel like someone slipped me a crazy pill this shit is so backwards.

* ZERO COMMUNICATION! - they will not respond to emails at all - never. not once. i called them and the least helpful conversation of my life ensued. "Gok" had zero answers to my questions and apparently very little confidence in my intelligence. he flip-flopped information several times in 2 minutes... started to give me a tracking number and then said "uh, well, umm, could you just call back on Monday?'' - i agreed knowing that i was immediately cancelling the charge on my card once i hung up. he could not tell me if my order was in stock, if it had shipped, when it may ship, if i had been charged - or anything. i felt like i was interrupting the guy between bong rips.
a dj store run by dj's is cool - but proper and professional business practices should still be in effect - my perception is that the service and overall operation is similar to that of buying a nickel bag from a teenager in a filthy Grafix shirt. not to mention that it's illegal for a business to make claims that you have no intention of seeing thru (false advertising). i would not have chosen this place if their description and promises matched their actual performance.
what pisses me off the most is that they just assume their customers are total fucking idiots. for example, my "tracking confirmation" is a link to my shopping cart!!! listen fuckface - i know that i ordered an item - I WANT TO KNOW WHERE THE FUCK IT IS OR AT LEAST THAT YOU KNOW ANY SINGLE THING ABOUT IT. who falls for this shit (that a link to my shopping cart is my tracking information) ? wait a second, where is the tracking number period???
i'm not the guy to complain about this type of shit either. if a waiter brings me the wrong shit, i'll most likely not even say anything - they fucked up, oh well. but these people are on another level. their slogan should be... "Are you a customer? Did you pay? Yes? WELL THEN FUCK YOU SUCKER!!!" they honestly act as if their customers are too stupid to see thru their bullshit and fall for their gimmicks and excuses.

Oh gosh. My friend had the exact experience a couple months ago when he bought a $4,000 drum set. He ordered from a magazine called Musician's Friend. They charged him for the set-told him it was on it's way and then it starts not showing up everyday. THEN after they told him that it should be there anyday, they tell him that the set was never sent and that they had no others in stock. Took another month after that to recieve an almost completly different set.

Holy shit hook. I just got done reading abuot 50 of those comments how could their overall rating be 5 stars when there are SOOOOOO many people that are saying how shitty they are? How does a business like that get away with being so shady? Why hasn't anyone reported them, or taken them to court about the merchandise that they haven't received?
