In 2008 Chicagoans mourned the loss of Brian Blackeye, the city's first and primary hardcore-jungle MC. To initiate the preservation of his memory in 2009 and beyond, we present the final recording of the full C.H.A. lineup: JJ Jellybean, DJ Snuggles, and MC Blackeye. These previously unreleased tapes were submitted by Dubshack and are exclusive to GoldenEraJungle.com
So Im listening to Humans Kool fm july 94 with sl ron and five o and I want the first tune they playing ...
Its got the female vox "hold me all through the night" and then a little sample goes "Big tings a gwarn a London"..
For me thats the kind of riddim that was really hard to find ..I'd buy a ton of tune from some shop none of em right then turn on the radio and hear that vibe..Underground biz..
Sounds extremely familiar, I'm gonna have to look around. Has a very Kemet/Ibiza-ish (and it doesn't help that the next track was off of 3rd Party, maybe that's what's throwing me off).
