In 2008 Chicagoans mourned the loss of Brian Blackeye, the city's first and primary hardcore-jungle MC. To initiate the preservation of his memory in 2009 and beyond, we present the final recording of the full C.H.A. lineup: JJ Jellybean, DJ Snuggles, and MC Blackeye. These previously unreleased tapes were submitted by Dubshack and are exclusive to GoldenEraJungle.com
a little mix i made during some sunday night gotta go back to work the next morning blues about two years ago. i don't recall all the tracks & that hard-drive has long since bit the dust, but i can say there's all kinds of stuff in here from blues to jungle to funk to hiphop to happy hardcore to triphop to breakcore & back around the spectrum again. about 2/3 jungle-oriented stuff though. some zz top, james brown, sumone, 0=0, shitmat, dj vibes, higher level (krome & time), sage francis, dj shadow, even some isra-alien jungle. lots of rarities i was digging at the time.
