In 2008 Chicagoans mourned the loss of Brian Blackeye, the city's first and primary hardcore-jungle MC. To initiate the preservation of his memory in 2009 and beyond, we present the final recording of the full C.H.A. lineup: JJ Jellybean, DJ Snuggles, and MC Blackeye. These previously unreleased tapes were submitted by Dubshack and are exclusive to GoldenEraJungle.com
Downloaded this tube (http://www.megaupload.com/?d=E24SKKRR) which was titled 'Hype the Funk' by DJ Hype. Can't find any evidence of a DJ hype track with that title and its not EPS & 2 Vibe?
Any ideas?
Sounds like a '93/'94 era track.
There's a Hype tune on Suburban Base that has the "Hype the funk, swipe the funk," etc samples in it... I guess that I'm way off on the title, but I know that it's on SubBase.
