In 2008 Chicagoans mourned the loss of Brian Blackeye, the city's first and primary hardcore-jungle MC. To initiate the preservation of his memory in 2009 and beyond, we present the final recording of the full C.H.A. lineup: JJ Jellybean, DJ Snuggles, and MC Blackeye. These previously unreleased tapes were submitted by Dubshack and are exclusive to GoldenEraJungle.com
Looking for an old Odi cassette. It was a clear tape, with a white label that read "ODI NYC 96". It was all Jump Up tracks. The only one I can recall at the moment was Drop Top Caddy. Like all good mix tapes and CDs they "disappeared" over the years.
I asked Odi about this a few years back at ACME Underground but apparently he has the same "disappearing" problem that everyone else does...
Track that I remember will be added as I remember them
Definites:
Natural Born Chillers - Rock The Funky Beat
Aphrodite & Mickey Finn - Drop Top Caddy
