In 2008 Chicagoans mourned the loss of Brian Blackeye, the city's first and primary hardcore-jungle MC. To initiate the preservation of his memory in 2009 and beyond, we present the final recording of the full C.H.A. lineup: JJ Jellybean, DJ Snuggles, and MC Blackeye. These previously unreleased tapes were submitted by Dubshack and are exclusive to GoldenEraJungle.com
Ok, heres another question. The first time i got in contact with breakbeats was as i got a tape from DJane Marusha. She played
jungle & breakbeat records. 1993 or 94?. Two records are still
my favorites. she called it jimmy j & cru-l-t. "cinderator ep" ????
One track was happy piano breakbeat with vocals "all i wannado with you,...,come and set me free". the other one was melancoly piano breakbeat w/ vocal "...to the rhythm..."
ok, thats not much, if noone can rememer, im gonna upload the tape...
