In 2008 Chicagoans mourned the loss of Brian Blackeye, the city's first and primary hardcore-jungle MC. To initiate the preservation of his memory in 2009 and beyond, we present the final recording of the full C.H.A. lineup: JJ Jellybean, DJ Snuggles, and MC Blackeye. These previously unreleased tapes were submitted by Dubshack and are exclusive to GoldenEraJungle.com

Phat & Phunky was one of my favorite Fusion mixtapes, back in the day. And I remember seeing Mastervibe play Baltimore once - he wasn't at all what I expected him to look like. I know that sounds weird. It was at Raymond's Bassrush in Havre de Grace MD (i think??) - some boys summer camp and it was very very muddy. Fun night tho

I had tapes of DJ Trace + DJ Rap from Bassrush, but I've never seen the Mastervibe tape anywhere. I seem to remember him doing dnb and then moving to the next tent to play tekno w/ mc ribbz. What a crazy night
