ticket... smiley... worst case scenario is they will try and punk your spliff so they can park behind a church and get lit.

just dont be caught being and adult and beside a school. That is the unwritten no-no.

You'd get mad community service, about 50hrs.

Now reading this makes me even more depressed living in Indiana, but then again chicago is only 2 hours away. still though, that much talent under one roof for an affordable price (minus the brews) makes my head spin....
