This is a total stab as I recently moved an have no access to audio or vinyl..

But I think that psychological warfare thing could be...

A: Cookie ... This one I believe uses that sample and is a pretty nasty bouncy deal. Does it have a noticable "whipping" sound after the break?
If so, its the one.

I don't know that one... but i'm quite familiar with it and have wondered myself about its origins. It is 96 or before, for certain. The Charles Feelgood "Jungle Lines" tape that has been posted on here somewhere has it on there.
