This one is a long shot. All I know is that it has vocal samples from Apocalypse Now in it.

The tape it was on just died and it is a one of a kind tape.. It was a Casper mix from the old Chicago jungle radio show. Its old, it rocks, and has vocal samples from Apocalypse Now... sorry to be so vague but this is my only hope!

Any thoughts whatsoever are greatly appreciated.

It may start before this but it's this quote up until this point. The voice is kinda tweeked, not unlike someone talking on helium. After he says "it ain't here" the beat comes back in...hair raising dope shit. It has Chef saying:
