Ok....I have another one for you to ID.......I believe it's Dillinja.......from around the Logic Productions time I believe......'94-'95 maybe......It has the sample "You".....(no not "You don't know", I have that record)......later in the track the sample comes back in "you......have got to....stay....with...me...."..........crazy low-pass filtered Amens and killer loop endpoint type bizzness....Similar to his "heavenly bass" track.........you the man if you know this one.....peace
the song is genius (with the sample first class......genius)......on Jet Star records....The track i'm talking about is hopefully the flip with the sample simply "you".....then the filter amen biz drops in......i heard Phantasy play it on a mixtape at one point....can't remember which

FDRT011's got a tune (Missing You) on the flip. Dunno if it's the one the guy in the first post is talking about (Dillinja isn't one artist that I follow too closely, but I do like the few tunes of his that I grabbed). Wish I can remember how that track goes, I'll give it a spin when I get home.
I just listened to the record. This doesn't sound like missing you or the genius remix. It possibly could have a dub or mispress. I'm stumped on this one.
definitely isn't genius remix or missing you. I thought it might be something off of logic productions. Chances are this was an unreleased tune from around 95-96'. Sorry about that I 'll keep my ears open if anything comes to mind. Good luck finding it sounds like a killer tune!
