jungle masterpiece lp's...Funny to think at the time only parallel universe, timeless and mebe music box were considered evolved music by the press... You listen now its a different story..
forgot these..Funny again how the greensleeves stuff was really just a response to demand..same with the street tuff thing ..listen again ..sum outstanding tune..
I know theres sum I've missed tho ...I aint put any of the comp style shit in here but most of the so called cheesy comps of the day are chock full of quality trax if u listen to em now... The blackstar was the most prized lp in me jungle stack...dunno if its so hard to find no more..
What strikes me tho is the range of style....People talk as if jungle has changed so much over the years but I dont see it that way ...The spectrum of styles that make up jungle is repped the same today as it always was..The only thing thats changed is the twist of a graphhical dial or slider on the compresser/eq ...Other than that its all here..liquid,techno,vocal,dark ,intelligent, hardcore, mashup, steppers, rollers, tearouts, jumpup, ragga, dubwise, roots, even wobble...

agreed man
the ones that are missing include the "jungle hits" series.. the covers were the cheesiest looking ever but the selection of tracks was great - some rare stuff on them
