Interview
LETS TALK........... DJ Profile LTJ BUKEM When and where did you start DJing? I started DJing on a couple of citronics about 9 years ago in a mates bedroom! How do you see the Dance Scene progressing? Musically I hope!! What other DJ's do you rate? Groove Connection massive. The creative DJ's (a quick plug there I think) What are your favourite tunes old and new? House Conductor/Tonite I'm Gonna Luv Ya, Fallout/Morning After .....I've got too many favourites you wouldn't have enough paper!!! What's been the most embarrassing moment for you as a DJ? It was about a year a half ago and I twisted up my dates and turned up at the wrong venue the wrong week, to be greeted by a bunch of hippies having a knees up!! The worst thing was I thought I was late! (as usual) Where else have you played (in general)? I played at most places but there is still many more I'd like to play at. How do you feel about what you've achieved in your career so far? I think it is obvious to say I'm pleased, but the most satisfying thing about all this is the fact that I'm doing something I love doing - making and playing music! I also feel I have so much more to achieve, and look forward to the challenge. What are your plans for the future? Just to keep on rolling!!
